Not many are wondering why Purpose is important.

Research shows that when people have a strong sense of purpose in life, they tend to be more happy and successful!

  • For many, life is what they are told! That life is about going to school, finding a good job, having fun, getting married, buying a house, buying a car, having kids, going on holidays, and then dying.
  • Some are more interested in following the latest fads, following what the media says, defined by society and government.
  • There are some who are tired of life, life is just life. Eat, sleep, wake up, get things done, and repeat. They don’t see the point about thinking deeply or creating a meaningful life…

There is no easy answer to this, but the act of finding a meaningful life purpose is simpler than you may think.

One part of the purpose of your life is to be exactly where, how and who you are, right now, in this very moment. To understand this you have to be aware of the present moment, if not you miss the preciousness of this current moment.

Each one of you is born with a unique life purpose.

Identifying this purpose is perhaps the most important action you make for yourself to succeed on planet Earth.

For some people, though, it’s not as easy to identify a passion.

You can find the help you need if you are really serious!

We are all born with a deep and meaningful purpose that we have to discover. Your purpose is not something you need to make up, it’s already there. You have to uncover it in order to create the life you want.

Get more action and start your journey to find your purpose.

That feeling that something is missing goes away when you lead a passion-filled life. Try to be present for the journey and fully embrace it.

10 Things You Need To Do Everyday To Improve Your Life

We often realise that there are some small things that, if we take care, we will feel better. Unfortunately, these thoughts remain only in the sphere of good intentions. And this is a mistake. Because with a few small steps, we can greatly improve our lives.

And, after all, we all want this – a better life for ourselves, our families and our friends.

Blogger Eric Barker (Barking Up The Wrong Tree) tells about 10 things that can improve our lives. See if you can add one more list, or proudly boast that you have already completed the list and need to look for a new field of improvement.

1. Go out into nature

You probably seriously underestimate the importance of this thing. Indeed, there are a number of studies that prove how many people underestimate this. Time spent in nature reduces stress, makes us more creative, improves memory, and can even make you a better person.

2. Exercise

We all know how important this is, but very few of us really do it regularly and consistently enough. Besides the health benefits that are too much to be mentioned, sports make us smarter, happier, improves sleep, increases libido and makes you feel better in your own body. A massive Harvard study, which has been followed by 70 men for 70 years, has clearly established that this is one of the secrets of a good life.

3. Spend your time with family and friends

Happiness Expert Harvard Daniel Gilbert finds out that this is one of the greatest sources of happiness in our lives. Relationships with loved ones are much more valuable than we can imagine. Do something good for your family.

4. Express your gratitude.

This will make you happier. It will improve your relationship. It will make you a better person. It can make your life better for everyone around you.

5. Meditate

Meditation can increase your happiness, your sense of power and social help. Essentially this will reduce anger, anxiety, depression and fatigue. And in that order of thought prayer can make you feel better – not to be religious.

6. Sleep

You can not deceive yourself by constantly not sleeping, but you do not want to feel the effect of this thing. If you are tired, it will be harder for you to be happy. If you are unsure, you are more likely to do wrong.

7. Challenge yourself

Learning a new language can keep your mind sharp. Music lessons enhance intelligence. Challenging your beliefs can strengthen your mind. Read a book.

8. Laugh

People who use humour to fight stress have a better immune system, a lower risk of heart attacks and live longer. Laughter is like a daily dose of vitamins. Humour has many benefits.

9. Tap someone

Touching can reduce stress, improve teamwork, and make you more convincing. Hugs make us happier.

10. Have faith.

Are your schedules out of control?

It’s easy to let your schedule get so out of control that you feel unable to take action on the important work that is required to propel your life forward.

But if you want to do big things with your life and create a lasting impact on the world, you must overcome this challenge and develop a ruthless attitude towards your priorities.

To accomplish the goals you set for this year or even for this week will require you to think differently than you have in the past and make some radical changes to the way you manage your time, prioritize tasks, and plan your weeks.

Determine your biggest priority on Sunday morning while conducting your weekly planning. By accomplishing your most important task on the first day of the week, you will reduce the stress and anxiety in the week and free up for other tasks and activities.

So, based on those objectives, you create daily task lists. Doing all that will help greatly.

The “important and urgent” tasks must be done, so you have no choice. They have to be on your list of priorities for the day.

Success is a lot harder when you allow yourself to procrastinate and push off important tasks until the last minute.

We all have books we want to write, businesses we want to build, and legacies that we want to leave. But to build your legacy you must take action now!

Are you spend your time watching Tv, selfie on Facebook, watching youtube or playing games?

Come on, cut TV and do not stay on your phone on Facebook, playing online/offline games etc. All this thing waste your time.

Be more accountable if needed change your environment.

And do not forget spending time each Saturday in intentional reflection about what you achieve this week. Take one hour to reflect.

  • Decaying physical health
  • Mental disorders

Sleep deprivation affects physical health. Your happiness and soundness of mind also gain when you’re rested. In recent years a lot of studies was made on how insomnia affects one’s mental health.

Sleeping More Means Better Mental Health

Everyone encounters stress no matter the job position, home situation, or social circumstance.

When you’re too tired, hungry, you’re more susceptible to the effects of stress.

Eat Nutritional Food

Take the time to learn about nutrition and foods that improve your body. While it is not something that many people think about, the food you eat has an effect on how you deal with stress.

Treat Yourself

Many forget about pampering yourself by going to the spa, getting a massage, or eating at a nice restaurant. Sometimes just doing something you want helps alleviate built up stress such as going to the movies, concert, or whatever it means for you.

Change Your Perspective

I know it is not easy, you can look at things from a more optimistic point of view. As difficult as it sounds, it is possible to change your perspective on situations.

While emotional stability is important, many people don’t consider it until there is a problem. Creative hobbies are a great way of reducing stress levels. Creative activities raise a person’s mood as well. Sometimes drawing or singing can elevate your energy level.

Depending on the situation, you will have a different amount of time to work on the activity. Find enough time to relax and unwind while expressing your creative side.

Most people set goals from January for 1 month / 1 year or 5 years… Do you do it? Do you set goals? Do you have a system to achieve them?

When you don’t know where you are going, it is really hard to get there.

Science says 92% of people don’t achieve their goals.

Past Year’s review & New Year’s resolutions

Do you set goals? Do you have a system that helps you achieve your goals?

 

After Christmas, most people do New Year’s resolution but do they do Past Year’s 20181228_233336_0000 (2)reviews?

I think that is very important that w

e first make last year’s reviews before we jump to the new year’s resolutions.

Believe me, this will help you avoid repeating the same mistakes over and over again and will help you have more successful setup for goals.

How to do this?

Just go and find your notebook or place where you have written your goals last year. If you haven’t done this, grab one and start.

  • Get a notebook

  • Find a quiet place and start writing.

  • Think about what you have done and what you haven’t.

  • Think about what worked last year and what didn’t.

Once you’ve gone through the past year, look at positives and schedule in a new set of goals.

  • Think about what you want to achieve next month, year, or 5years from now.

  • Think about where you want to be and what kind of person do you want to be.

  • Think about what you want to improve and how you are going to do it.

If you want to succeed you need to set goals! Without goals, you lack focus and direction.

To accomplish your goals, however, you need to know how to set them. You can’t expect it to happen just because you say  “I want”.
