Are your schedules out of control?

It’s easy to let your schedule get so out of control that you feel unable to take action on the important work that is required to propel your life forward.

But if you want to do big things with your life and create a lasting impact on the world, you must overcome this challenge and develop a ruthless attitude towards your priorities.

To accomplish the goals you set for this year or even for this week will require you to think differently than you have in the past and make some radical changes to the way you manage your time, prioritize tasks, and plan your weeks.

Determine your biggest priority on Sunday morning while conducting your weekly planning. By accomplishing your most important task on the first day of the week, you will reduce the stress and anxiety in the week and free up for other tasks and activities.

So, based on those objectives, you create daily task lists. Doing all that will help greatly.

The “important and urgent” tasks must be done, so you have no choice. They have to be on your list of priorities for the day.

Success is a lot harder when you allow yourself to procrastinate and push off important tasks until the last minute.

We all have books we want to write, businesses we want to build, and legacies that we want to leave. But to build your legacy you must take action now!

Are you spend your time watching Tv, selfie on Facebook, watching youtube or playing games?

Come on, cut TV and do not stay on your phone on Facebook, playing online/offline games etc. All this thing waste your time.

Be more accountable if needed change your environment.

And do not forget spending time each Saturday in intentional reflection about what you achieve this week. Take one hour to reflect.



Do you want to reduce stress?

Are you feeling that you are experiencing a lot of stress? Are you feeling like there is nothing you can do about it? Let’s admit it, life can be stressful, but we can learn to make it less stressful.

Sleep is a crucial part of our natural life cycle. A good night’s sleep is what makes the next day a good day.

According to the US National Library of Medicine, losing sleep can have negative effects such as:

  • Loss of productivity
  • Injuries
  • Decaying physical health
  • Mental disorders

Sleep deprivation affects physical health. Your happiness and soundness of mind also gain when you’re rested. In recent years a lot of studies was made on how insomnia affects one’s mental health.

Sleeping More Means Better Mental Health

Everyone encounters stress no matter the job position, home situation, or social circumstance.

When you’re too tired, hungry, you’re more susceptible to the effects of stress.

Eat Nutritional Food

Take the time to learn about nutrition and foods that improve your body. While it is not something that many people think about, the food you eat has an effect on how you deal with stress.

Treat Yourself

Many forget about pampering yourself by going to the spa, getting a massage, or eating at a nice restaurant. Sometimes just doing something you want helps alleviate built up stress such as going to the movies, concert, or whatever it means for you.

Change Your Perspective

I know it is not easy, you can look at things from a more optimistic point of view. As difficult as it sounds, it is possible to change your perspective on situations.

Exercising is powerful for both your body and mind. When your body releases endorphins, it increases a positive feeling in your body and reduces your perception of pain, you boost your self-esteem. Go for a walk…


Practice Breathing Exercises

First physical sensations of stress on your body is a change in breathing. Start the exercise by simply breathing slowly on a four-count. The longer you do so, the greater you’ll feel the release of stress.

Explore New Hobbies for Creative Outlets

While emotional stability is important, many people don’t consider it until there is a problem. Creative hobbies are a great way of reducing stress levels. Creative activities raise a person’s mood as well. Sometimes drawing or singing can elevate your energy level.

Depending on the situation, you will have a different amount of time to work on the activity. Find enough time to relax and unwind while expressing your creative side.





Do all people achieve their goals?

Hope you have a great finish in 2018 and you start 2019 with a new perspective.

With everything that happens around us, it is sometimes difficult to reach our goals.

Most people set goals from January for 1 month / 1 year or 5 years… Do you do it? Do you set goals? Do you have a system to achieve them?

When you don’t know where you are going, it is really hard to get there.

Do you know that just 2% of people achieve their New Year’s Resolutions?

Science says 92% of people don’t achieve their goals.

Are you one of them?

If you want to break the cycle, do what the other 8 % of goal-setters – do consistently and exceptionally well.
Seeking out expert guidance and advice makes a big impact on achieving your goals. That’s why successful people are no lone rangers.

Make it a weekly habit to share your goals where you can glean wisdom, insight, and advice to steer you toward your goals.

While you may think these successful 8 percenters are born predisposed to these talents, research says that successful people achieve their goals not simply because of who they are, but more often because of what they do.

Aristotle said it more than 2000 years ago, “We are what we repeatedly do.” By practising skills, expect to dramatically improve your rate of finishing strong.

Past Year’s review & New Year’s resolutions

Do you set goals? Do you have a system that helps you achieve your goals?


After Christmas, most people do New Year’s resolution but do they do Past Year’s 20181228_233336_0000 (2)reviews?

I think that is very important that w

e first make last year’s reviews before we jump to the new year’s resolutions.

Believe me, this will help you avoid repeating the same mistakes over and over again and will help you have more successful setup for goals.

How to do this?

Just go and find your notebook or place where you have written your goals last year. If you haven’t done this, grab one and start.

  • Get a notebook

  • Find a quiet place and start writing.

  • Think about what you have done and what you haven’t.

  • Think about what worked last year and what didn’t.

Once you’ve gone through the past year, look at positives and schedule in a new set of goals.

  • Think about what you want to achieve next month, year, or 5years from now.

  • Think about where you want to be and what kind of person do you want to be.

  • Think about what you want to improve and how you are going to do it.

That’s it! If you try it, let me know how it goes.

If you want to succeed you need to set goals! Without goals, you lack focus and direction.

To accomplish your goals, however, you need to know how to set them. You can’t expect it to happen just because you say  “I want”.

Goal setting is a process, not just wishful thinking!

Are you Self Aware?

Self-awareness is a critical tool to help you reach higher levels of job satisfaction, become a better leader, improve relationships with colleagues, and manage your emotions better.

If you begin to consciously practise self-awareness, you can evaluate how your values, passions, and goals fit into your current environment and emotions — and how to align them better. You can also understand how other people view you, creating stronger, more authentic relationships with colleagues.

Self Awareness is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions.

Self Awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them at the moment.

Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don’t align with your internal standards.

How to develop and increase self-awareness?

There are certain steps you can take to develop your self-awareness.

Before knowing anything else, you need to know yourself first. You need to know your weaknesses, strengths, beliefs and desires in life. Keeping in touch with your emotions means, you have to be self-aware.

Learning how to be aware of yourself might not be easy, but if you can master this skill, it will help you become much more effective in every area of your life. Many of us are not fond of spending much time on self-reflection, many people indeed have a low level of self-awareness.

Grow up in life means growing in maturity, growing consistency and growing in strength. As we become more clear about who we are we will know exactly what we are capable of achieving.


Being self-aware and understanding how you are perceived by others are important components of personal growth and developing your potential.

Could you feed a family of four on £100 or less per week?

I grew up on a farm. Both of my parents had a job. We had a big garden so we grew potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, carrots, etc. We had also a yard for animals so everything we ate was homemade: meat, cheese, milk…

But still, I grew with the mentality that we did not have enough because my parents had that same mentality. They never had enough because they always called their friends over and ate everything. So sad, isn’t it?

How many of you have grown up in the family that you do not want to have as an example? The big number of you!

We are taught that the family is not that important…

We have to understand that family is very important if we want our society to be healthy.


At a point in my life, I had to learn how to manage money and feed my family. I am a single mum with two children. I find a way to do it and I work very hard to provide…

Later I learned that no matter what background you came from or what class you are from if you want to, you can learn how not to eat all your money,  leaving it in a supermarket and even lose weight.

With some careful planning and smart shopping, money experts say it’s quite possible not only to cut your shopping bills but also cut them to half by eating well for only £40 a week for a family of four.

In the year 2014, the average household spent £83.60 on food and drink each week, with the figure rising to £96 when alcohol and tobacco were included, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

Online electrical appliance retailer says keeping a careful eye on how much you throw away – food wastage costs the UK around £19bn a year – is key to shaving pounds off your household budget.

My coach says: This isn’t just about saving money on your grocery bill or eating healthier.  The reality is, what goes into your grocery cart has a HUGE impact on your lifestyle.

It’s More Than Food; It’s A Mindset!

You know our body lives depending on the food!

What kind of food do you put in your body? If you think for a moment you can see that most of the people poison themselves with fast food or ready-to-cook food including me before I understood that it is actually poison.

I believe that if you read this you are probably curious if there is a way and you want to know how to reduce your shopping receipt.

And again my coach says that ‘Everybody is destined for wealth’.

Yes, I know today everybody says that they know because of Google and I agree you can go and find a lot of information which may help you somehow but if you want long-term results you have to commit yourself to learn from somebody who has lifetime results.

Development skills/ emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence can be defined as the ability to monitor one’s own and other people’s emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behaviour. Emotional intelligence also reflects abilities to join intelligence, empathy and emotions to enhance thought and understanding of interpersonal dynamics.

EI includes four types of abilities:

  1. Perceiving emotions – the ability to detect and decipher emotions in faces, pictures, voices, and cultural artefacts—including the ability to identify one’s own emotions. Perceiving emotions represents a basic aspect of emotional intelligence, as it makes all other processing of emotional information possible.
  2. Using emotions – the ability to harness emotions to facilitate various cognitive activities, such as thinking and problem-solving. The emotionally intelligent person can capitalize fully upon his or her changing moods in order to best fit the task at hand.
  3. Understanding emotions – the ability to comprehend emotion language and to appreciate complicated relationships among emotions. For example, understanding emotions encompass the ability to be sensitive to slight variations between emotions, and the ability to recognize and describe how emotions evolve over time.
  4. Managing emotions – the ability to regulate emotions in both ourselves and in others. Therefore, the emotionally intelligent person can harness emotions, even negative ones, and manage them to achieve intended goals.
Emotional intelligence is the “something” in each of us that is a bit intangible. It affects how we manage behaviour, navigates social complexities, and make personal decisions that achieve positive results.

It is a flexible set of skills that can be acquired and improved with practice. Although some people are naturally more emotionally intelligent than others, you can develop high emotional intelligence even if you aren’t born with it. Why is emotional intelligence so important? You probably know people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially inept and unsuccessful at work or in their personal relationships. The intellectual ability or your intelligence quotient isn’t enough on its own to be successful in life.
Emotional intelligence affects:

  • Your performance at school or work.
  • Your physical health. If you’re unable to manage your emotions, you probably are not managing your stress either. This can lead to serious health problems…
  • Your mental health. Uncontrolled emotions and stress can also impact your mental health, making you vulnerable to anxiety and depression.
  • Your relationships.
  • Your social intelligence. Being in harmony with your emotions serves a social purpose, connecting you to other people and the world around you

Emotional Intelligence Can Be Developed.

The communication between your emotional and rational “brains” is the physical source of emotional intelligence. The pathway for emotional intelligence starts in the brain, at the spinal cord. Your primary senses enter here and must travel to the front of your brain before you can think rationally about your experience. However, first, they travel through the limbic system, the place where emotions are generated. So, we have an emotional reaction to events before our rational mind is able to engage.

Emotional intelligence requires effective communication between the rational and emotional centres of the brain.

  • Self-management

  • Relationship management

Self-awareness – Developing self-awareness requires tuning in to your true feelings. The major elements of self-awareness are:
Emotional awareness. Your ability to recognize your own emotions and their effects. Self-confidence. Sureness about your self-worth and capabilities.

Self-regulation – You often have little control over when you experience emotions but you can learn techniques which can help to recast them in positive.

Self-regulation involves:

  • Self-control. -Managing disruptive impulses.
  • Trustworthiness. -Maintaining standards of honesty and integrity.
  • Conscientiousness. -Taking responsibility for your own performance.
  • Adaptability. -Handling change with flexibility.
  • Innovation. -Being open to new ideas.


Motivation – To motivate yourself for any achievement requires clear goals and a positive attitude.

Motivation is made up of:

  • Achievement drive. Your constant striving to improve or to meet a standard of excellence.
  • Commitment. Aligning with the goals of the group or organization.
  • Initiative. Readying yourself to act on opportunities.
  • Optimism. Pursuing goals persistently despite obstacles and setbacks.

Empathy –  The ability to recognize how people feel is important to success in your life and career.

An empathetic person excels at:

  • Service orientation. Anticipating, recognizing and meeting clients’ needs.
  • Developing others. Sensing what others need to progress and bolstering their abilities.
  • Leveraging diversity. Cultivating opportunities through diverse people.
  • Political awareness. Reading a group’s emotional currents and power relationships.
  • Understanding others. Discerning the feelings behind the needs and wants of others.

Social skills – The development of good interpersonal skills is tantamount to success in your life and career.

Among the most useful skills are:

  • Influence. Wielding effective persuasion tactics.
  • Communication. Sending clear messages.
  • Leadership. Inspiring and guiding groups and people.
  • Change catalyst. Initiating or managing change.
  • Conflict management. Understanding, negotiating and resolving disagreements.
  • Building Bonds. Nurturing instrumental relationships.
  • Collaboration and cooperation. Working with others toward shared goals.
  • Team capabilities. Creating group synergy in pursuing collective goals.

The ability to manage people and relationships is very important for all leaders, so developing and using your emotional intelligence can be a good way to show others the leader inside of you.

Emotional intelligence is an awareness of your actions and feelings – and how they affect those around you. It also means that you value others, listen to their wants and needs, and are able to empathize or identify with them on many different levels.
