Elevate your life by taking actions!

We live on a planet which is a challenging place. There happen so many things around us at the same time.

But you know there’s more to life and you want to access it! You want to create a life you absolutely love.

It really all comes down to your level of perception. It’s all about what you choose to focus on.

You know that there are tools and resources to help you elevate your life and close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Elevate is a transitive verb which means to exalt, to lift up and improve morally, intellectually, physically, relationally, financially, culturally…

  •  formal to move someone or something to a more important level or rank, or make them better than before/ SYN raise
  •  technical to lift someone or something to a higher position…

The road to success is rarely straight. Anyone who has achieved success in any area of their life will likely tell you that their journey was not an easy one.

If one day you realize that the life you’re living is not the life you want, don’t beat yourself up about it. Accept where you are, and more importantly, take the responsibility for changing where you want to be.

You cannot change your life overnight, but you can most certainly change the direction of your life!

Someone somewhere said: “I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavour.”

There are so many things that can help you to elevate your life and it is depending on where you are now in your life.

  3. Serve others. – Most of us act purely for our own self-interests — which usually means “getting ours” and not caring for what others get. Knowing that sometimes you will give more than you will receive…

How to remind your goals?

Achieving your goals isn’t so difficult how some may think. Goals are achieved little by little, it is based on daily choices.

Your goals won’t happen if you don’t put in the effort each day. As these little steps pile up, we will see real change. Don’t stress yourself. Be calm and with a clear head.

One of the important things, when it comes to goals, is to stay motivated. And in a world with more distractions than ever before, this is really up to your motivation. You need to know why you’re having these goals! Remind yourself of the reason why you set your goals!

You don’t want to be filled with regret at some point down the line because you didn’t follow through on something you really wanted. You don’t want to feel like you failed at achieving the things that are important to you, all because you couldn’t manage to stay on track.

One of the most common reasons that people don’t get to accomplish their goals is because of distractions, and lose the idea of important things that need to be done consistently in order to move forward.


1. Write your goals on paper. – Transcribe them into your computer, tablet. Do not forget your calendar.

2. Create a vision board. – Be creative and don’t just write a list. Once done, stick it where you will see it most. The most obvious your goals are, the easier it becomes for you to remember what are you working for.

3. Review your goals daily. – Discipline yourself to keep checking where you are in your goals every day and check your progress really achieve any goal until it’s accomplished.


4. Paste reminders on the wall. – You can paste on the fridge, on the desk…

5. Set alarm. – The simpler way is, of course, to set up the alarm on your cell phone.

6. Be accountable. – Hire a life coach to keep yourself accountable. Some people ask a friend to keep them accountable, but my opinion is that still may not be enough…

7. Focus on progress. – Don’t expect perfection you are human not God. Focusing on your progress—those small, daily steps—shows you where you’ve improved.

8. Keep track of the small wins. – Write somewhere your wins. Can be “you’ve followed your plan for an entire month”.

9. Celebrate your progress. – You can reward yourself every week, two weeks, or month, whatever feels right to you. Rewards will encourage you to keep going.

Forgetfulness is one of the hidden enemies of productivity.

All you need to remember is to review your goals regularly, break things down into manageable steps, make it measurable and finally track your time working on your goals.





Do all people achieve their goals?

Hope you have a great finish in 2018 and you start 2019 with a new perspective.

With everything that happens around us, it is sometimes difficult to reach our goals.

Most people set goals from January for 1 month / 1 year or 5 years… Do you do it? Do you set goals? Do you have a system to achieve them?

When you don’t know where you are going, it is really hard to get there.

Do you know that just 2% of people achieve their New Year’s Resolutions?

Science says 92% of people don’t achieve their goals.

Are you one of them?

If you want to break the cycle, do what the other 8 % of goal-setters – do consistently and exceptionally well.
Seeking out expert guidance and advice makes a big impact on achieving your goals. That’s why successful people are no lone rangers.

Make it a weekly habit to share your goals where you can glean wisdom, insight, and advice to steer you toward your goals.

While you may think these successful 8 percenters are born predisposed to these talents, research says that successful people achieve their goals not simply because of who they are, but more often because of what they do.

Aristotle said it more than 2000 years ago, “We are what we repeatedly do.” By practising skills, expect to dramatically improve your rate of finishing strong.

Past Year’s review & New Year’s resolutions

Do you set goals? Do you have a system that helps you achieve your goals?


After Christmas, most people do New Year’s resolution but do they do Past Year’s 20181228_233336_0000 (2)reviews?

I think that is very important that w

e first make last year’s reviews before we jump to the new year’s resolutions.

Believe me, this will help you avoid repeating the same mistakes over and over again and will help you have more successful setup for goals.

How to do this?

Just go and find your notebook or place where you have written your goals last year. If you haven’t done this, grab one and start.

  • Get a notebook

  • Find a quiet place and start writing.

  • Think about what you have done and what you haven’t.

  • Think about what worked last year and what didn’t.

Once you’ve gone through the past year, look at positives and schedule in a new set of goals.

  • Think about what you want to achieve next month, year, or 5years from now.

  • Think about where you want to be and what kind of person do you want to be.

  • Think about what you want to improve and how you are going to do it.

If you want to succeed you need to set goals! Without goals, you lack focus and direction.

To accomplish your goals, however, you need to know how to set them. You can’t expect it to happen just because you say  “I want”.
